In a message to residents on Saturday PCSO Steven Burden said: ‘Travellers that have taken up residence in the D-Day museum car park have been served the relevant paperwork by the council.
‘They are now legally required to move from the site.’
It comes after a Pompey Legends charity match was briefly threatened after travellers took up residence at Fareham Leisure Centre car park and Cams Alders Recreation Ground this week.
