He turned up at a woman’s home, phones her and text her and left 50 voicemails.
Magistrates imposed a community order with 15 days of rehabilitation activities. A restraining order bans him from contacting the woman or going to her street for a year.
Elliott must pay £100 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs. He also admitted having cannabis on September 10.

Magistrates fined her £180 with a 12-month driving ban.
She was caught driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Hooks Lane, Havant, with cocaine in her blood.
Steenton must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Hide Adn Sebastian Papierzynski, 40, of Waverley Road, Southsea, admitted stalking between June 20 and August 2 in Portsmouth.
He was handed a community order with 15 days of rehabilitation and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
He followed the woman in the street, visited her home and work on multiple occasions.
n Andrew Barton, 30, of Percy Chandler Street, Portsmouth, admitted drug-driving in Stakes Road, Waterlooville, on July 3
He had cannabis in his blood and was banned for a year. He was fined £400 with an £40 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.
