Traffic in Hampshire: Lane blocked on A31 westbound at Stoney Cross due to road traffic incident

There have been reports of one lane being blocked at Stoney Cross on the A31 westbound following a road traffic incident. Traffic is building up and there are currently delays of up to 15 minutes.
