A CAR and van were involved in a crash before colliding into parked cars in a Fratton road this evening.
It happened around 7.30pm on Byerley Road and left the drivers ‘shocked’ but only suffering minor injuries.
Police, ambulance and firefighters from Southsea all attended the scene.
