Warsash pensioner, 66, reported missing with police and family 'extremely concerned' for welfare

A PENSIONER from Warsash has gone missing with the police appealing to the public for help.

Ross Bunney, 66, was last seen at 5.45pm yesterday afternoon. Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries since he disappeared, and have shared a picture and a description of him.

His family are deeply worried about him. A statement from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said: ‘We and his family are extremely concerned for his welfare, and we are now turning to you for assistance.

‘If you are out this morning, please can we ask you keep an eye out for Ross.

‘He is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall, of stocky build, and with grey, shoulder length hair. He is also clean shaven.

‘Ross was last seen wearing dark trousers, a blue or purple polo shirt, a grey cardigan and a blue anorak.’

People are advised to call 101 if they see him, quoting the reference 0006 of todays date (December 16).
