Wayne Redford, 46, of Farriers Walk, Gosport, admitted being in charge of a vehicle while over the limit in Clarence Road, Gosport, on November 16.

A test revealed he had 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Magistrates imposed a two-month community order with electronic curfew from 10pm to 6pm.

He was banned for nine months and must pay £175 in costs.

Robert Cullen, 40, of Tudor Close, Gosport, admitted producing cannabis, a class B drug on January 20.

Magistrates imposed a six-month community order with drug rehabilitation requirement.

Cullen must complete 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay a £90 victim surcharge and the plants must be forfeited.

Craig Stevenson, 32, of Corhampton Crescent, Leigh Park, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath on January 2 in Middle Park Way in Leigh Park.

Michael Brookes, 35, care of Civic Way, Fareham, admitted assault by beating in Gosport Road on September 12.

He admitted assaulting a police officer on the same day.
