Tickets selling fast for Portsmouth Oktoberfest
The Bavarian-inspired spectacle officially makes its return to Guildhall Square from October 6 to 7, with a day session on the Friday and two on the Saturday.
Excitement around the occasion is building as VIP tables for the Saturday evening session have already sold out.

Hide AdA limited number of tables for Friday and Saturday still remain, while plenty of general standing-only admission tickets are still available.
A whopping 25,000 steins of beer – equivalent to about two pints each – were poured in 2016 And bosses hope to smash that figure as they prepare to stage the ‘global’ spectacle.
Bavarian beer and entertainment will be in store, so everyone can have a singalong while wearing fancy dress.
There will be a selection of vendors offering a variety of hot and cold traditional German food.

Organisers want to mix things up this year and have a greater variety of music and drinks for everyone, to pull in even bigger crowds.
The festival made its debut in Portsmouth in October in Europe’s largest single beer tent, covering Guildhall Square.
