Did an artist put this marine pollution sculpture at Langstone Harbour?
A man-made '˜marine pollution' sculpture has been left at Langstone Harbour.
Fareham resident Mark Rutley was out to take pictures of the early morning sunrise when he spotted the sculpture.

Hide AdThe 61-year-old said the piece was there on Saturday and added: '˜It's towards the Havant end of Langstone Bridge, on the other side of the Ship Inn, near the old Hayling Billy line.
'˜This is definitely a piece of artwork, it's man-made and I think it's a stark reminder of the damage plastic and other waste does to the environment.
'˜It's shaped as a triangle, to me that signifies a warning sign.
'˜I'd like to know who the artist is.'
The artwork contains shoes, plastic bottles, rope and other waste.
